House Rules
Our rental home can sleep 6 comfortably. We have three bedrooms, two have comfortable, memory foam queen-size mattresses. The third room has two twin beds.
Our minimum age to sign a rental agreement is 25 years old.
We ask that no loud parties or events be held at the residence as the home is located in a family friendly neighborhood in close proximity to the neighbors.
As a courtesy to our future guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking on the property.
Check In & Check Out
- Check In Time: 3 PM
- Check Out Time: 11 AM
Whenever possible, we will try to accommodate your early arrival or late check out requests. However, on occasion we may not be able to if another booking has scheduled directly before or after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
We want you to be able to enjoy your time staying in Charleston. If you have selected dates that are no longer the best for your plans please contact us and we will make every attempt to rebook you for dates that may accommodate your schedule.
If you do find yourself in need to cancel in lieu of rescheduling, we have a moderate cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
